Wow, too much democracy! Anyone can have a Substack! If only I had majored in journalism rather than physics I would be competent to have a Substack. (If only I had it to do over.)
Fortify, I believe is the term they used. They never use the correct term for what they do. Much like when they're rioting and stealing sneakers and big screen TV's, no, they're having a mostly peaceful protest and mothers are carrying loaves of bread off to feed their families.
Are people aware that there are fully decentralized platforms out there right now that would completely eliminate any possibility of censorship? The Flux network, for example is powered by servers either owned or rented by folks to provide computational resources at scale for any number of hosted applications. They now even have a decentralized version of WordPress running on the network. No one can shut it down because a distributed collective operates the network. Seems like a no-brainer to me. Maybe there just aren't enough people aware of these alternatives yet.

It should be easier to have a substack than to vote.
But then how would you steal an election?
I'm sure the left would find a way. Although in age of the 1-Party UniParty system, the outcomes of most elections probably aren't worth much anyway.
That's the idea.

Thanks for the detailed update!
